  • Why book direct?

    We guarantee the best rates when you book direct with us; a minimum saving of at least 10% and a personalised service

  • What is included in the Price?

    Car parking, fast, reliable Wi-Fi, digital TV channels, linen and towels on arrival and utility bills.

  • What method of payment do you accept?

    We accept credit/ debit card, bank transfers, PayPal payments as well as bank drafts and postal orders for payments required to secure your booking.

  • Is a security deposit required?

    Yes, we require a security deposit and a credit card is required on arrival to pre-authorise a €150.00 security deposit per apartment reserved. In the event of any damage to the property or its contents or any noise complaints from other guests the security deposit will not be refunded. Once the manager is satisfied that the terms and conditions have been complied with your security deposit with will be refunded on departure. If an alternative check-out time has been arranged the deposit will be refunded within 5 working days. Final cleaning is included in the rental of the apartment but failure to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition may also result in the loss of the security deposit.


  • Is there a telephone line in the apartment?

    There is no telephone line in the apartments.

  • Is there a lift/ elevator?

    The apartments are located over four floors and access is available via two lifts/ elevators and a staircase. If you have any specific needs please get in touch in advance so we are aware when allocating your apartment.

  • Wheelchair Accessibility/ Mobility Requirements?

    Please get in touch in advance with any special requests with regard to wheelchair accessibility and/or mobility needs.

  • Is there heating in the apartment?

    Each apartment has the benefit of an independent heating system which includes storage and panel heaters.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are not permitted in Galway Bay Sea View Apartments with the exception of special assistance dogs. Please advise in advance if you are travelling with a special assistance dog.

  • Are there any discounts for longer stays?

    Please contact us directly if you wish to discuss longer stays.

  • What time is check–in and check–out?

    Check-in time is from 16h00 and check-out time is 10h00 -10h30. We offer a self-check-in process. Full details of this along with specific instructions are emailed to the address provided at booking stage.


  • Do you cater for families with young children?

    Galway Bay Sea View Apartments is a family friendly apartment development. We can provide travel cots and high chairs when requested in advance.

  • Do you provide towels and linen?

    Rates include one set of towels per person and bed linen. Should you have additional requirements a supplement charge is applied.

  • What kitchen appliances are provided?

    Each apartment has full cooking facilities: crockery, kitchen utensils and modern appliances. All kitchens have a hob, oven, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery and dishwasher.

  • Can I use the Internet in the apartment?

    There is individual Wi-Fi in each apartment with a separate router and password protected. The broadband speeds are: downstream 100Mb, upstream 10Mb.

  • Is television provided?

    All apartments have a 32'' flat screen TV with digital TV box with 100+ channels.

  • Is housekeeping service provided?

    The cleaning of you apartment on departure is included in the rental of the apartment. Additional cleaning services are available on request. Please check in advance for prices.

  • Do you provide additional beds?

    Galway Bay Sea View Apartments can provide additional beds subject to prior arrangement and availability. Additional charges may apply. Please check in advance.

  • Do you provide breakfast?

    Meals are not provided but we are happy to give our recommendations for a variety of restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep.

  • What size is the apartment?

    The 1 bedroom apartment approximately 65 square meters

    The 2 bedroom apartment approximately 80 square meters

    The 2 bedroom penthouse apartment approximately 83 square meters

    The 3 bedroom penthouse apartment approximately 120 square meters

    The areas do not include balconies and roof terraces.

  • How far is it to Galway City Centre?

    The city is close by... you can walk to the city centre in 20 minutes, drive in 5 or take the 10 minute bus ride which stops right outside the reception door.
