Do apartments require minimum stays?
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
A minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation charge and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified.

How do I make reservation?
To make reservation please visit our web–site. You will find there pictures and description of all apartments. You will be also able to check the availability and make the on-line booking.


What is included in the rate?
The price is inclusive of all admin fees, utility bills, linen & towels, Internet/Wi-Fi and parking.
Is the parking provided?
Yes, the car park is located at the back of the building. Please take any available space.


What method of payment do you accept?
We accept online transfers, PayPal payments as well as bank drafts and postal orders for deposits to secure the bookings and for the whole amount in advance if applicable.
As the balance is payable on arrival we can accept Debit/Credit Card payments.

Is a security deposit required?
Please note that a credit/debit card is required on arrival for a €150 pre-authorisation security deposit for each apartment. In the event of damage to the property or its contents and the noise complaints from other guests the security deposit will not be refunded. This deposit will be refunded on departure once the manager is satisfied that the terms & conditions have been complied with. If an alternative check-out time has been arranged, the deposit will be refunded within 5 working days by cheque or direct bank transfer. Final cleaning is included in the rental of the apartment, but failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, may also result in the loss of the security deposit.

What time is the check–in and check–out?
Check in time will be from 3pm to 6pm on day of arrival, check out time is 10am. These times must be strictly adhered to. In the event that you are unable to arrive or depart at the specified time, please notify us in advance. Late arrivals must be notified to us and the full price paid in advance.

Late check-outs and Early check-ins are subject to room availability and occupancy. We advise that you check with our Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to arrival/departure. Additional charge will be applied to your reservation.

How do I collect keys?
On arrival at Galway Bay Sea View Apartments you will be met by a member of staff on site who will show you to your booked apartment. In the unlikely event when a member of staff is unable to meet you, alternative arrangements will be made for the key collection.
Do you cater for families with young children?
Galway Bay Sea View Apartments is a family friendly apartment development. We can provide travel cots and high chairs when requested in advance.


Do you provide towels and linen?
Rates include one set of towels per person and bed linen.


What kitchen appliances are provided?
All of the apartments have full cooking facilities: crockery, kitchen utensils and modern appliances. All kitchens have a stove, oven, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery and dishwasher.


Is there a telephone line in the apartment?
There is no telephone line in the apartments.


Can I use the Internet in the apartment?
There is a Wi-Fi in all apartments and each one has a separate router with restricted password. The
broadband speeds are: downstream 50Mb, upstream 3Mb.


Are there elevators?
There are two lifts leading to the apartments from the ground floor.


Is there heating in the apartment?
Each apartment has the benefit of an independent heating system which includes storage and panel heaters.


Is television provided?
All apartments have a 32'' flat screen TV with set of basic channels. The TV has an USB and HDMI port.


Is housekeeping service provided?
Your apartment will be cleaned and ready for you on arrival also the final cleaning is included in the rental of the apartment.


Do you provide foldaway beds?
Galway Bay Sea View Apartments can provide foldaway beds subject to prior arrangement and availability.


Do you provide breakfast?
Meals are not provided.


What size is the apartment?
The 1 bedroom apartment (all with super king size beds) approximatley 56 square meters
The 2 bedroom apartment approximatley 78 square meters
The 2 bedroom penthouse apartment approximatley 78 square meters
The 3 bedroom penthouse apartment approximatley 98 square meters
The areas do not include balconies and roof terraces.


How far is it to Galway City Centre?
You can walk to Gaway City Centre in 20 minutes, drive in 5 or take the bus that stops right outside the reception door, which takes 10 minutes.


Am I allowed to bring my pets with me?
Pets are not permitted in Galway Bay Sea View Apartments.
